As a Trustee and parent, I am committed to supporting all students on their educational journey.  By uniting our efforts, we will help our children reach their potential. This means providing essential resources, promoting proven strategies, and eliminating ineffective ones based on data.I have worked hard on my education and have successfully navigated many challenges. I am committed to helping every student achieve academic success.

Our students encounter daily threats on several fronts, especially with different forms of bullying. They cannot be expected to reach their full potential if safety concerns remain unaddressed. . We need to recognize these safety issues and implement policies to protect our students and promote a culture of respect. Every child deserves to feel safe, and I will work tirelessly  as your trustee to ensure this.

As a trustee, I will support removing learning barriers for students by advocating for accessible professional assistance. I will work with parents, teachers, and the district to prioritize essential, cost-effective resources like tutors, counselors, and coaches. Every student should have the resources they need to succeed.

Parent involvement is crucial because a child’s education shouldn't rely solely on the school system.

We need customized training to help parents understand and exercise their rights. Many issues arise from misconceptions about these rights. Promoting available resources and rights will help parents engage in their child's education and support teachers' efforts for academic excellence. 

Active parental participation benefits education and as I make it a goal to stay involved in all aspects of my children’s education, as a trustee I will lead by example and will work towards building trust and transparency between the parents and the school district.
